In the United States (including all its territories) and Canada spend as little as $50 or only $75 International and we will waive the shipping charges for this service. Thats a couple of 10ml bottles to get FREE ECONOMY SHIPPING.

Its an amazing discount if you’re patient and have a few days to spare to receive your order. Standard delivery times in the United States for First Class Mail are reported to arrive in as little as 5-10 days, Canada and International can be as quick as 10 days or as long as 45 days.

This is a super economical shipping option that offers the flexibility of spending the money on products rather than the cost of shipping. You are agreeing, by selecting this option, that your expected delivery will be 10 business days in the United States, 30 business days in Canada and 60 business days everywhere else. If you need your order fast, please select one of our Priority or Express shipping options. pheromoneXS will only look into delayed arrival times after the expected delivery time has expired.

Your privacy is top priority at XS which is why our SUPER-DISCRETE packaging takes top-prize. All orders are shipped in nondescript packaging with absolutely no markings that reveal whats on the inside. The return address is listed as Aser Gruppe International with no mention of pheromoneXS anywhere.

Our shipping is so discrete, we sometimes surprise our customers who are expecting the package.

International clients please take note. We list contents as Incense Odiferous Others for customs compliance. We cannot prevent customs officials from opening the package. By law we are required to include documentation that includes origin, product and destination declarations along with certified copies of original invoices. We cannot remove these and every product must be labeled accordingly. We will not mark items below value or as gifts. Please do not ask.

Tracking Numbers:
We include a delivery confirmation number as provided from the United States Postal Service with every order when selecting this service. These numbers are not always updated for each step and only confirm delivery. Usually when the package is transferred to the respective countries postal service the confirmation can be located on that countries tracking system.

By choosing FedEx you will be provided a tracking number that allows you to track your package from our door directly to yours.

Processing Times:

Experience the Lightning! All USPS and FedEx “retail orders” before 2pm CST (GMT-6) Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will ship the very same day 98% of the time! On business days following extended holiday weekends, during sales and promotions or other heavily visited days, delays may occur, although uncommon. Orders are processed in the order they are received, however FedEx, USPS Express and Priority may take precedence over others.

Custom Orders:

Anything ordered from outside our retail catalog such as: Custom Orders, Raw Molecules, XSR Research Molecules, Putative Alternative Molecules, Pheromone Molecules or as otherwise noted may add an additional 10 business days “custom order processing” to your order. This order processing time is necessary for the lab-time needed to make your order as you’ve requested. We will not separate the products of an order once it has been placed including those with Priority or Express shipping selected. Please choose accordingly.

At pheromoneXS we pride ourselves in exceeding our clients expectations in getting orders out as quickly as possible without sacrificing quality. Many times, just as fast as you receive a custom order email notification, you’ll soon be delighted to receive tracking information usually within a couple hours. Typically Mondays or any day after a holiday or during sales and/or promotions will add processing times to your custom order.

Bank Verify
Please Note that some orders can experience unexpected delays such as related to banking and address verification. Every so often, something triggers our merchant processors security feature, designed to protect us, and you, from online fraud. Please do not panic as these alerts can be triggered by very innocent behavior. Often these alerts are sorted out within a day or two and a shipping notice with tracking is sent out lickety-split without any input or extra steps required. Sometimes however, we require additional information and so we will make every effort to contact you.

All new clients must ship to bank authorized addresses. We completely understand many people ship their packages to work (we do the same) but this address must be added as an authorized shipping address at your banking/credit facility. Typically it can be done online. Mismatched addresses will not be honored.

A safe and secure shopping experience is very important to us and hopefully to you as well.

Undeliverable (Returned) Items:

In the event a package is returned for delivery failure, incorrect address, custom fees, or for any other reason not within the direct control of pheromoneXS the shipping fee will be deducted from any refund issued. pheromoneXS therefore will have met its obligations to ship the order and any requests to have the order reshipped will incur additional shipping charges. In the event your order was shipped with free or discounted shipping pheromoneXS will deduct the shipping charges, as published herewithin, from any refunds to cover our expenses.

International Repackagers:

We have noted a trend by some international clients to have their items shipped to a repackaging service who collect numerous shipments and ship as one bulk package. Our experience with this is that the repackager will not ship liquids such as the state of all of our products. We ship our products international with amazing success and consider ourselves experts in this area. Our recommendation therefore is to allow us to ship your order to you.

Please be so advised: XS will not submit, help acquire or assist with any customs paperwork, Safety Data Sheets, Certificates of Manufacture, or any documents requested by reshipper. Understanding these documents are sometimes proprietary in nature and therefore only shared directly with the respective countries customs. It must also be understood the extra time, labor and costs associated with these activities is absorbed within International shipping fees and because you have only paid for domestic shipping fees these accommodations cannot be made.

It is the clients sole responsibility to have items returned to Aser in “ship-ready” condition. Most repackagers open, tamper, remove and partially return the order so as to not make it “ship-ready” in the event it is returned to us. Any returned orders from repackagers will incur all additional shipping fees to forward package onto final destination plus $10 or 25% (whichever is greater) to cover our costs and supplies to reship you order in “ship-ready” condition. In the event a refund is requested we will deduct these charges including all published shipping charges incurred.

International Customs, Duty & VAT Charges:
Customs Duties, Taxes and VAT vary from country to country and many factors play a role in determining if they are to be paid. Orders shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes and customs duties levied by the destination country. From our experience, most foreign customers are not charged when they receive the shipment. However, in the event you are charged any additional fees it is the sole responsibility of the recipient to pay these charges. Please check with your countries customs office for any import restrictions or fees you may be expected to pay.

In the event you are requested to pay an additional fee, the carrier will expect payment at the time of delivery. Please note that packages refused for failure to pay customs are considered abandoned and destroyed. You are only eligible for a refund if the package is returned to us and you can show proof of said return. Aser is not responsible to have the package returned as oftentimes the return shipping fees are far more expensive than the contents of the order itself.

Missing Order/Delivered:
Every once in a while an order will go missing. Please follow these procedures to ensure pheromoneXS can properly file a claim on your behalf. Failure to properly follow these procedures negates your right to reshipment, refund or otherwise to be compensated.  

If your package status has been changed to delivered with your local delivery service, USPS, or FedEx it is important to check to see if the carrier service put it out of sight to prevent theft. If unable to locate it please check with any neighbors who might have accepted it on your behalf.  

In the event you can not locate it please call the local service as they can usually contact the carrier directly. There have been instances where the carrier remembers delivering it to the wrong address and thus immediately can retrieve it.  

If these steps are not successful you must contact pheromoneXS Customer Experience within 3 business days of changed status. You can either leave a voicemail message, an email or speak with someone directly. We will then file a claim with that service on your behalf.

If you elected to have your order delivered through our Free Economy Shipping, you will be required to wait the entire expected delivery time before contacting us as missing. In all cases any orders listed as missing will be reviewed on a case by case basis on their merits before a decision is made on how to proceed.
We love our customers and want you to have an amazing experience with us. We are going to do what we can to make you smile, but there are some bad-apples in the world. We take this position to protect ourselves against scammers.


We do not want to charge these fees, but our merchant services provider PayPal charges us these fees regardless if a refund has been made or not. These fees are now passed along to the client.

Shipping Sub-Agreement

This “Shipping Sub-Agreement” serves as a legally binding contract between Aser Gruppe International, Corp. Munford, TN and any customer, client or persons who chooses to purchase, buy, gift or otherwise enter into business with Aser Gruppe International, Corp. any of its subsidiaries, websites, or web-stores or through participation of online auctions including but not exclusive to eBay, or any other means where an implied business agreement is entered into. Aser Gruppe International, Corp. herewithin may also be referred to as “Aser”. “company”, “pheromoneXS”, “XS”, “us”, “we” and/or “our” and customer, client or person (identifying anyone who conducts business with Aser Gruppe International, Corp.) may also be referred to as, “you”, “your”, “them”, or “they”.

Business is defined as an order of products and/or services between Aser Gruppe International, Corp. which originates online, offline, telephone, mail (electronic or postal), or anywhere else and not limited to monetary exchanges only. Furthermore business with Aser Gruppe International, Corp. may be conducted online at any of “our” websites, web-stores, landing pages, online auctions, hosted store, online malls or any other means that delivers “your” business to “us”.

This “Shipping Sub-Agreement” is in whole a part of the Terms of Service which govern “your” usage of this website. No agent, representative, customer concierge, associate or anyone representing “Aser” has the authority to alter, modify, or waive any provision of this contract whether verbally or written.

This “Shipping Sub-Agreement” is universal to all transactions, processes, orders, services or any type of business that requires a physical shipment of anything that otherwise cannot be digitally delivered by Aser Gruppe International, Corp’s. in “our” normal course of business. Please ensure “you” understand this agreement as “you” are bound by the terms within.
